Farm -table (also known as farm to fork) strategy is at the heart of the Green Deal. it addresses comprehensively the challenges of sustainable food systems and recognizes the inextricable links between healthy people, healthy societies and a healthy planet. The strategy is also central to the Commission’s agenda to achieve the the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). it is social movement where restaurants source their ingredients from local farms, usually through direct acquisition from a farmer.

Ali Zakari also known as (Chef Ali) is a young focused and ambitious individual emanate from Olamaboro L.G.A of Kogi State based in Lagos Nigeria, with undeniable passion for culinary activities. He started his culinary journey as a steward which really uncovered his gifted culinary potentials as a Chef. His Mum Binta.O.Ali is a sole inspiration and significant blessings to his career as she is a great cook by nature with a heart of gold, She puts smile’s on the faces of many people through her food and her gifted personality ( I must admit she’s a rear Gem)Today i trail my dream as a Chef/ Author telling my mum’s story through food.
My vision as a person is to grow and connect people with different skills to potential opportunities.
