Pumpkin Soup
very easy to make recipe with little techniues
- Oven
- Sauce pan
- Spoon
- 20 grams Olive oil
- 10 grams Coarse black pepper
- 5 grams Sea salt
- 300 grams Pumpkin fruit (Use squash if available)
- 2 grams Lemon juice
- 20 grams Cooking cream
- 10 grams Onions

Pre-heat to 200 celcius

Peel and cut pumpkin to sizes

Transfer cut pumpkin to a foil paper

Drizzle olive oil, black pepper, and salt

Place in the oven for 15 minutes (or till soft)

Blend pumpkin and transfer to a sauce on medium high heat

Stir to combine , spice to taste
SERVING

Using lade pour soup in deep bowl

Top with croutons parsley
-
Finally drizzle with cooking cream
