Pumpkin Soup

very easy to make recipe with little techniues

  • Oven
  • Sauce pan
  • Spoon
  • 20 grams Olive oil
  • 10 grams Coarse black pepper
  • 5 grams Sea salt
  • 300 grams Pumpkin fruit (Use squash if available)
  • 2 grams Lemon juice
  • 20 grams Cooking cream
  • 10 grams Onions
  1. Pre-heat to 200 celcius

  2. Peel and cut pumpkin to sizes

  3. Transfer cut pumpkin to a foil paper

  4. Drizzle olive oil, black pepper, and salt

  5. Place in the oven for 15 minutes (or till soft)

  6. Blend pumpkin and transfer to a sauce on medium high heat

  7. Stir to combine , spice to taste

SERVING

  1. Using lade pour soup in deep bowl

  2. Top with croutons parsley

  3. Finally drizzle with cooking cream
